Both. We will walk through the trade-offs in cost, look, and upkeep for your site and the coastal exposure, then build with what fits best.
Can you repair a deck or fence instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. If the framing and posts are sound, we can repair boards, railings, and hardware. If they are failing, we will tell you straight and price a rebuild.
How do you keep fences from leaning on the coast?
It comes down to the posts. We set posts properly for the soil and wind exposure so the fence stays straight and tight instead of loosening over a season or two.
